Financial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Financial Manager to own the full financial function of Extraordinary Futures. Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with Operations, you will ensure robust financial reporting, compliance and provide commercial insight to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and improve financial controls, tax, VAT and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow analyses.
• Produce management accounts and deliver commercial insight to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Operations to align financial performance with business objectives.

Required profile

• BCom Accounting or BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial management leadership role.
• Proven team‑management and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound business acumen.
