Financial Manager – Airport Industry (Cape Town)

About the role

The Financial Manager will provide strategic financial insight and oversight for the airport‑industry business in Cape Town. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the executive team and board, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of financial systems, automation tools and dashboards.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, profitability analysis and cost‑saving recommendations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Partner with operational teams to drive cost control, pricing strategy and margin analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial governance.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
