Financial Consultant – Talent Pool (Bronkhorstspruit)

About the role

We are looking for an OMF Financial Consultant to join Old Mutual’s talent pool in Bronkhorstspruit. The consultant will advise customers on a defined range of financial products, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth through proactive prospecting and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product advice to allocated market segments and meet individual sales targets.
• Handle routine customer inquiries, manage visitor reception, and refer complex issues to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and record follow‑up actions after each interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and face‑to‑face visits to prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Follow mandatory operational and regulatory procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Support business development activities by gathering referrals and inputting data into spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using standard office software.
