About the role

Ready to take the next step in your finance career? This role offers exposure across debtors, creditors and financial administration within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with day‑to‑day debtors processing and maintain customer accounts.
  • Handle creditors processing, supplier accounts and invoice payments.
  • Process invoices, payments and supporting documentation.
  • Perform account and statement reconciliations.
  • Resolve customer and supplier queries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support.
  • Assist with reporting and month‑end requirements.
  • Capture and maintain financial information accurately in Excel.
  • Support ad‑hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

  • No formal tertiary qualification required.
  • 2–3 years relevant finance experience.
  • Debtors experience essential.
  • Creditors experience essential.
  • Financial administration experience essential.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Logistics industry experience advantageous.
