Financial Advisor – No Experience Required

About the role

No prior financial services experience is required; you will receive structured training, mentorship and ongoing support to develop your own client base and a long‑term advising career.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Provide guidance on insurance, investments and retirement planning.
• Build your own client portfolio through networking and referrals.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients.
• Work towards personal sales and performance targets.
• Grow your income through client servicing and repeat business.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, ambitious and comfortable working towards targets.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and open to learning and coaching.
