Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Provide expert guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio through networking and referrals.
• Develop long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
• Work towards personal sales and performance milestones.
• Earn ongoing income through client servicing and repeat business.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate – essential.
• South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset.
• No financial services experience necessary – full training provided.
• Prior work experience in any industry is an advantage but not required.
