Financial Advisor – No Experience Required, Full Training, Uncapped Income

About the role

We are looking for ambitious, people‑focused individuals to join IWCP, a Liberty affiliate, as Financial Advisors. No prior financial services experience is required; we provide full training and mentorship to help you build a client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Provide guidance on insurance, investments and retirement planning
• Build your own client portfolio through networking and referrals
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients
• Work towards personal sales and performance targets
• Grow your income through client servicing and repeat business

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification
• South African citizen with a valid ID and driver’s licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, ambitious and comfortable working towards targets
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and open to coaching
