Financial Advisor – Graduate & Career Changer (Full Training)

About the role

We are looking for motivated graduates and career changers to start a career in financial planning. You will receive full training and mentorship to become a qualified Financial Advisor, working with a reputable Liberty‑backed brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a client portfolio.
• Provide financial planning and investment advice to clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Achieve sales and development milestones with the support of a mentor.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification – essential.
• Valid South African ID.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable car for work‑related travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑driven, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) is advantageous but not mandatory.
