Financial Advisor (Commission Based)

About the role

This is a full‑time, commission‑based Financial Advisor position with IWCP, a Liberty affiliate. You will receive full training, a structured onboarding programme and ongoing mentorship, allowing you to start earning uncapped commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Provide expert guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Build and grow your own client base through prospecting and referrals.
• Develop long‑term, trust‑based client relationships with regular reviews.
• Earn ongoing income through client servicing and repeat business.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and eager to succeed.
• Honest, professional and able to build trust quickly.
• Organised and comfortable managing your own time and diary.
• Resilient, treating setbacks as stepping stones.
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• South African citizen.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
