Financial Adviser – Fortress MOB

About the role

The Financial Adviser will provide professional financial advice, planning and product sales to both new and existing clients, building long‑term relationships that generate loyalty to the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice, planning and product sales to new and existing clients.
• Grow the Sanlam adviser business by meeting revenue targets, activity quotas and promoting the brand.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and referrals.
• Conduct client consultations, perform fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver ethical, courteous client service and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Monitor and report on contacts, appointments, business issued and update client records regularly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• FAIS “Fit and Proper” status and successful regulatory examination (registered with FSCA for more than 24 months).
• Experience in financial advice, client relationship management and meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management and financial planning.
