Financial Adviser – Berghshier

About the role

Sanlam Life Ltd is seeking a Financial Adviser for the Berghshier area. The role focuses on delivering professional financial advice, planning and product solutions to both new and existing clients while building long‑term relationships that support the Sanlam brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice, planning and product sales that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Grow the Sanlam adviser business by meeting revenue, activity and brand promotion targets.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and existing client bases.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present balanced portfolio solutions.
• Maintain high‑quality client service, ensuring ethical, courteous and professional interactions.
• Document client activities, update records and report on contacts, appointments and revenue against targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Successful completion of FAIS “Fit and Proper” requirements and Regulatory Examination.
• Registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for at least 24 months.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve production targets and manage client relationships.
