Finance Manager – Offshore (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our offshore finance and administrative team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the financial health of the organization, providing strategic insight and operational oversight to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations, including month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes.
• Prepare executive financial statements, management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow forecasting and long‑range financial planning.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing and general ledger integrity.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate with banks, auditors and tax advisors.
• Supervise a team of ~9 professionals across Accounting, AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Compliance and Administration.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in an offshore or remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with executive leadership.
• Track record of building and improving finance processes and systems.
