Finance Manager – ISC CS&L (SSA)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Finance Manager responsible for the financial stewardship of Customer Services & Logistics (CS&L) across Sub‑Saharan Africa (SSA). You will support senior leaders by collecting, validating, and analysing financial data to drive strategic decisions, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance planning and performance management processes, including strategic and annual forecasting.
• Collect and verify data integrity for business proposals, performance reporting, and decision support.
• Ensure strong controls, compliance with policies, and adherence to external regulations.
• Partner with senior managers to provide critical financial insights for business strategies.
• Lead projects aimed at improving efficiencies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor finance team members, contributing to a high‑performing finance function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, performance management, and reporting within a regional or local business.
• Strong business acumen in the consumer packaged goods or snacking industry.
• Leadership and business partnering skills with excellent communication abilities.
