Finance Manager – Hospitality & Game Reserve

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the full accounting and financial function for Qwabi Private Game Reserve’s hospitality operations, covering two operational luxury camps and a third opening soon. This senior, property‑based role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports strategic decision‑making and drives profitability across the reserve’s hotels, spa, food & beverage, and other guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain integrity, accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, manage supplier payments and cash forecasting.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and oversee month‑end close.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cost‑control initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive management.
• Support strategic planning to optimise hotel profitability.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytical and deadline‑driven.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Senior‑level experience in finance or accounting, preferably within hospitality.
• Ability to work independently on‑site at the reserve.
