Finance Manager – Group Reporting (Remote or Market Based)

About the role
M‑KOPA is scaling rapidly across Africa and needs a Finance Manager to own group reporting for a portfolio of entities. The role is fully remote or based in any operating market, reporting directly to the CFO and board.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly close, IFRS financial statements and management commentary for a portfolio of group companies.
- Contribute to multi‑entity, multi‑currency group consolidation and ensure audit‑ready standards.
- Lead end‑to‑end year‑end audit, manage auditor relationships and resolve technical accounting issues.
Required profile
- Chartered accountant qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with extensive post‑qualification experience.
- Hands‑on experience preparing IFRS financial statements and group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
- Proven track record of leading audits, not just supporting them.
