Finance Manager (Group)

About the role

The Group Finance Manager will act as the central finance function for a multi‑entity organisation, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial information for management, the Board, auditors and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly group consolidations, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Review submissions from legal entities, perform consolidation adjustments, eliminations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee month‑end close activities, balance‑sheet reconciliations and accounting quality controls.
• Coordinate the production of statutory financial statements, annual reports and regulatory filings.
• Act as primary finance liaison for external, statutory and internal audits, managing audit schedules and remediation.
• Supervise corporate income tax compliance, withholding tax, transfer pricing support and indirect tax obligations.
• Ensure consistent application of revenue recognition policies and support technical accounting implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing group‑level financial reporting, consolidation and financial control.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and audit coordination.
• Experience managing corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work closely with local finance teams, business leaders and external advisors.
