Field Sales Representative – Cape Town

About the role

Join the thrill of the chase! As a member of iKhokha’s Field Sales team you will drive growth across Cape Town, expanding the customer base and hitting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass for new customers in targeted areas and industries.
• Conduct post‑sale calls, follow‑ups and log all activity and demos.
• Upsell or cross‑sell new products and services during promotional calls.
• Research new sales leads, plan territory visits and acquire new merchants.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly gross‑profit, device‑sales and demo targets.
• Maintain feedback loops using HubSpot, Swarm and pipeline management tools.
• Sign‑up merchants and assist with required FICA documentation.
• Monitor competition, report insights and resolve customer complaints.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) and at least 3 years of field or outbound sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of sales funnel and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and residence within the Cape Town trade area.
