F&I Manager – Pretoria & Westrand

About the role

This key position supports the dealership network by delivering efficient finance and insurance services to customers and the dealership. The role focuses on vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring compliance with Financial Service Board requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to budget and sales targets in a high‑volume dealership.
• Maximise second gross profit.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes, ensuring the dealership remains compliant with legislation.
• Record and report transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision‑making.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and sell value‑added finance and insurance products.
• Manage and maintain the finance and insurance debtor’s book and related administration.
• Provide specialised financial and insurance advice and support to clients.
• Inform and educate customers on products to retain existing customers and increase sales revenue.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
• FECT Retail Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification with at least 120 credits.
• NCA accredited, RE Certificate, up‑to‑date class of business and CPD hours.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NCA, CRA, FAIS, and FICA regulations.
• Ability to conduct financial needs analysis and sell finance and insurance products.
