About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join our award‑winning 11‑doctor clinic in Kimberley, British Columbia. The position offers a supportive, team‑based environment with flexible hours, no on‑call duties, and the chance to practice comprehensive family medicine in a stunning mountain community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, shared‑care services.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the MedAccess electronic medical record system.
• Participate in community health programs and optional obstetric care.
• Mentor medical students and residents, fostering a teaching environment.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Physician/General Practitioner.
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and work‑life balance.
• Interest in teaching and collaborative practice.
• Willingness to work in a rural, community‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MedAccess EMR.
