Facilities Floater – Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Floater to support our Property Managers across multiple sites in Cape Town. The role ensures daily operations run smoothly, properties are well‑maintained, and tenants receive a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Investigate maintenance queries and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, resolve disputes and deliver correspondence.
• Update Telegram groups and monitor progress reports on MS Teams.
• Oversee security and grounds staff on selected sites.
• Assist with property viewings, marketing activities and credit control.
• Prepare reports, minutes of meetings and liaise with body corporate teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage site inventory.

Required profile

• Clean driver’s licence and own vehicle in good condition (non‑negotiable).
• Grade 12 with a Certificate/Diploma in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Project Management, Facilities Management or Procurement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a property‑related role.
• 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Teams.
• Experience using Telegram for group communications.
