External Sales & Service Advisor Lead (OBR)

About the role

Drive sales performance by applying established processes to achieve individual targets within the assigned area. Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes to meet targets and develop client relationships.
• Retrieve qualified leads from internal pipelines and contact existing or new customers to generate sales.
• Source additional leads through external contacts and expand the customer base.
• Manage the end‑to‑end client journey, from presenting the FNB value proposition to closing deals and handling post‑sale queries.
• Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and influence sales activities to ensure quality, productivity and target achievement.

Required profile

• Consistently achieve business targets and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Understand market and client needs to design innovative, value‑adding solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, application procedures and timelines.
• Comply with governance, legislation and audit requirements, including credit record checks as per the National Credit Act.
