External Sales Representative - Rustenburg

About the role

We are looking for an External Sales Representative to manage and grow our portfolio of mining customers in the Rustenburg region. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering technical solutions that improve underground mining operations while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own an established portfolio of mining accounts across Rustenburg, nurturing key relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Conduct regular site visits, provide technical consultations, prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Manage contracts, forecast sales, and coordinate with internal engineering and maintenance teams.
• Deliver solution‑based selling of underground mining equipment and engineering solutions.
• Travel extensively within the Rustenburg region to support customers on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of external technical sales or key account management experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Proven experience selling underground mining equipment, capital equipment, or related mechanical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Rustenburg area.
