About the role

Progression Group is seeking motivated and confident sales professionals to join its team at Cresta Mall in Randburg. The role focuses on engaging customers, promoting products and services, and meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, identify their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Promote and demonstrate products and services to drive sales.
• Generate new business, achieve set targets and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records and process transactions efficiently.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships while contributing to team performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented attitude.
• Positive work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4, valid South African ID and a smartphone.
