Experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Emerging Search Consultants (ESC) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to work on a freelance basis. The role is fully remote, 30 hours per week, and focuses on managing end‑to‑end recruitment assignments for specialist and leadership positions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from client briefing through to successful placement.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting and advanced search techniques.
• Identify, engage and interview high‑calibre candidates.
• Conduct structured competency‑based interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment management or HR recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results without sales targets.
• Strong judgment, maturity and a track record of successful placements.
