Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will work within a full‑cycle recruitment environment, building strong client relationships and delivering end‑to‑end hiring solutions for a variety of organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with client organisations.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking and market research.
• Source, assess and present high‑calibre candidates to meet client requirements.
• Match exceptional talent with suitable career opportunities and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle (360) recruitment, preferably within the IT or sales sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
