About the role
We are looking for an Executive Support and Communication Specialist to maximise the CEO’s effectiveness. The role combines proactive executive assistance, structured gate‑keeping, and high‑quality communication to shape a consistent leadership narrative both inside and outside the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, access, information flow and readiness to ensure optimal use of time.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising requests, maintaining confidentiality and following through on commitments.
- Craft and deliver a clear, credible leadership narrative across internal and external platforms.
- Drive organisational alignment through effective internal communication and leadership messaging.
- Enhance brand trust and CEO visibility through well‑prepared engagements, events, media interactions and stakeholder communications.
- Provide accurate, research‑based content for all CEO engagements.
Required profile
- Confident, dynamic and socially agile with strong emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable engaging senior, public and informal audiences and adapting messages on the fly.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and trusted with confidential information.
- Curious, well‑informed and able to create structure, anticipate needs and prevent oversights.
Required skills
- 3‑7 years supporting senior leaders in executive support or communications.
- Experience in content creation, digital communication and social media (LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of executive support best practices (calendar, inbox, access management).
- Familiarity with speechwriting, briefing preparation and executive protocol.
- Proficiency with digital productivity tools such as Outlook and Google Workspace.
