Join RemodelBoom, the leading revenue-share growth partner for major home improvement companies in the United States. We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented Executive Assistant with a warm presence to become a vital part of our growing team.
Missions principales
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless onboarding experience.
- Support the HR Operations team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and recruitment workflows.
- Manage back-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.
- Coordinate high-level administrative duties to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate video calls and virtual meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Profil recherché
- Highly organized professional with a proactive and energetic mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage complex administrative processes simultaneously.
- Comfortable and confident in a digital-first environment, particularly during video communications.
- Reliable and trustworthy, capable of handling sensitive HR information.
