Estate Agency Relationship Manager – Bryanston, Johannesburg

About the role

The Estate Agency Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between our conveyancing team and estate agencies in the Bryanston area. You will be responsible for generating new conveyancing instructions, growing market share, and ensuring our services are the preferred choice for estate agents and their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business‑development plans to secure new conveyancing instructions.
• Visit estate agency branches regularly, hold one‑on‑one meetings, and attend networking events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with agents, branch managers, licensees and principals.
• Monitor instruction conversion rates, analyse competitor activity and implement recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with internal conveyancing teams to deliver exceptional client service.
