ESL Teacher for Young Learners in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking passionate ESL teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering engaging English lessons while experiencing Chinese culture and a supportive international community.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high‑energy classrooms.
• Deliver lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.

Required skills

• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) – optional but sponsorable.
