ERP Administrator

About the role

Pragma is seeking an ERP Administrator to ensure our ERP platform runs smoothly and supports business efficiency. You will also provide support for our online travel booking system, TravelIT, while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, update, test and patch the ERP software and related components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and apply upgrades to keep the system secure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP‑related user support, assisting with navigation, functionality and problem resolution.
• Maintain data accuracy, security and integrity; manage user access and permissions.
• Customize ERP modules, configure workflows, reports and dashboards to match business processes.
• Collaborate with developers for advanced customisations and system integrations.
• Deliver training sessions, create user manuals and develop training materials.
• Integrate the ERP system with other applications such as CRM, HR and payroll systems.
• Generate reports, dashboards and analytics to support management decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and external regulations, implementing security measures.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• At least 2 years experience as an ERP Administrator.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Acumatica or a similar ERP system.
• Strong financial background covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit & loss and balance sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
