Entry SAP Technical Consultant – Basis & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level SAP Technical Consultant to support SAP Basis operations within our Aftersales Parts Logistics & Warehouse Systems environment. This position offers early‑career professionals the chance to develop technical expertise while working alongside senior consultants in a global enterprise IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Support maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and periodic health checks.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level incident and service‑request resolution, reviewing dumps, traces and logs.
• Help manage SAP transport imports, releases and technical change implementations following change‑control procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation, coordinate with development and operations teams, and participate in after‑hours support as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on SAP Basis experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Oracle, and SuSE Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with PaaS/IaaS concepts and SAP Transport Management.
• Relevant IT degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
