About the role

We are seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our Sales and Customer Service team in Cape Town. This entry‑level position is designed for recent matriculants or anyone looking to start a professional career in sales, with full training and mentorship provided.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Progression Group in a professional and positive manner.
• Engage with customers, build strong relationships and identify their needs.
• Recommend suitable products and services and work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during and after the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid South African ID and aged between 18 and 30 years.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and a smartphone for work‑related tasks.
