Enterprise Architect – Lead IT Strategy & Architecture

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will shape and govern the company’s enterprise‑wide IT methodology, standards and processes. You will create high‑level, end‑to‑end technical architectures that align IT components with business requirements, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, future‑proof, cost‑efficient and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Engagement and Enterprise Architecture Director in enforcing IT standards, policies and governance frameworks.
• Execute the long‑term IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Project Delivery, Service Delivery and Security Risk Governance teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification.
• Translate business requirements into economical, efficient IT solutions, roadmaps and enterprise architectures (business process, data, application and technology).
• Maintain and evolve Enterprise Architecture artefacts, design patterns, data‑management toolsets, security and infrastructure standards.
• Provide consultancy during RFI/RFP processes, project scoping and high‑level conceptual design.
• Drive governance forums to assess in‑house and third‑party solutions against architectural standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑wide architecture design and governance.
• Strong ability to guide cross‑functional business and IT teams toward project objectives.
• Strategic mindset with a long‑term view of technology innovation and cost efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing security, infrastructure and integration architects.
