Enrolled Nurse – High Care (Full‑time)

About the role
The Enrolled Nurse will deliver direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the High Care unit of Netcare Alberton Hospital. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a safe, high‑quality patient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to the scope of practice and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of medical equipment.
- Support stock management and report any equipment requiring repair.
- Uphold hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.
Required profile
- Registered Enrolled Nurse qualification (e/n) recognised in South Africa.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centred care.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
