English Language Data Contributor – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to help shape the next generation of AI systems. As an English Language Data Contributor, you will work remotely with advanced AI tools, testing outputs, evaluating accuracy, and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI across a wide range of topics and assess response quality.
• Document errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in model outputs.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, tasks, and evaluation methods.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback that directly influences model learning.

Required profile

• Early‑career professionals or recent graduates (preferred).
• Strong curiosity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and spot inconsistencies.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to sign participant consent agreements.
