Engineering In-Service Trainee (12‑month WIL)

About the role

Nestlé is offering a 12‑month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity within its Engineering Team in Babelegi. The programme is designed for students who need practical workplace exposure to complete a Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering qualification. Applicants must be prepared to meet both workplace and tertiary‑institution requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Engineering Team.
• Applying classroom knowledge in the workplace.
• Participating in practical engineering activities.
• Learning from experienced professionals.
• Completing required workplace learning and evaluations.

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Diploma or National Diploma.
• Enrolled in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Require workplace exposure to complete the qualification.
• Able to provide certified academic record, Grade 12 certificate, institutional confirmation letter and evaluation/logbook format.
