End User Support Specialist

About the role

Weaver Fintech is looking for an End User Support Specialist to join its Data Engineering & Analytics team. You will provide first‑ and second‑line assistance for a wide range of devices, ensuring smooth daily operations across head‑office and retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VOIP handsets, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve service‑desk incidents, tasks and requests within SLA timelines.
• Provide on‑site and remote assistance across multiple sites, including onboarding of new employees.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain hardware and software on end‑user devices.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, manage imaging and deployment using enterprise tools.
• Support POS systems, network connectivity and device issues in retail showrooms.
• Participate in after‑hours standby rotation and critical event support.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting mindset for both hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with users.
• Experience with ITIL‑aligned processes and documentation.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and project rollouts.
