End-to-End Test Specialist – Telecom BSS

About the role

Our client is seeking an End‑to‑End Test Specialist to support a multi‑phase Telco transformation programme. The role focuses on validating complete customer journeys across order, provisioning, charging, billing, care and collections, and guiding business users through UAT.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end test scenarios covering the full customer lifecycle for mobile (prepaid, postpaid, SMB) and fixed networks.
• Build test plans, test cases and data requirements; perform system integration, regression and cut‑over testing.
• Prepare and support UAT sessions with operator business users, providing walkthroughs and hands‑on assistance.
• Manage test data preparation, conditioning and validation across migrating systems.
• Log, triage and track defects to closure, driving root‑cause analysis for critical issues.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to understand integration points and validate data integrity across legacy Amdocs and new platforms.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma; ISTQB certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of software testing experience, at least 3 years in telecommunications BSS; 8 + years for lead positions.
• Hands‑on experience with BSS transformation programmes and end‑to‑end customer‑journey testing.
• Experience facilitating UAT directly with business users.
• Knowledge of Amdocs or comparable billing platforms and migration programmes.
