Employee Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Global Expansion is seeking an Employee Onboarding Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires across our global client base. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, employees, and in‑country partners, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging start for every new team member.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, coordinating with clients, employees, and local partners.
• Schedule and deliver introduction meetings, onboarding presentations, and system access (GX1).
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and align it with client expectations.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on employment, immigration, and related queries.
• Resolve policy or contract exceptions and provide well‑considered recommendations.
• Use the Juro contract management system to track agreements, verify templates, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor onboarding timelines, especially for new locations, and proactively address delays.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, employees, and internal teams.
• Experience handling employment and immigration related matters is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Juro contract management platform.
• Familiarity with the GX1 onboarding system.
