Employee Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Employee Experience Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle for HelloKindred’s global workforce. Working remotely, you will partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Staffing Managers, Payroll and Finance to ensure a smooth, compliant and engaging experience from offer to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for employees across multiple countries, including offer letters, contracts and restrictive covenants.
• Enter and maintain confidential employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with POPIA and GDPR.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, training and other setup activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Design, manage and continuously improve onboarding journeys within employee experience platforms.
• Distribute welcome gifts and communicate bill‑rate or pay‑rate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain HR databases, generate standard reports and support training administration.
• Monitor employment legislation in relevant jurisdictions and ensure contractual documents remain current.
• Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including policy implementation and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling onboarding and employee data for a distributed workforce.
• Knowledge of employment and privacy regulations such as POPIA and GDPR.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams (People Operations, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
