Electrical Lead – Data Centre (Ireland/Denmark)

About the role

Lead the design and delivery of data‑centre projects, ensuring high technical quality and seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Work closely with customers to translate their needs into effective technical solutions and support projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of data‑centre projects, ensuring high technical quality within your discipline.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project development from early concept stages through design, tender and construction.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sustainability and environmental advisory colleagues.
• Lead mechanical design and advisory for data‑centre facilities.
• Act as mechanical lead within projects, ensuring technical quality and coordination.
• Contribute to detailed technical dialogue with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support project development from concept to detailed design.
• Contribute to innovative and sustainable data‑centre solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering educational background.
• Experience designing data‑centres, engineering consultancy, technical advisory or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience on large‑scale mission‑critical or data‑centre projects.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with mechanical systems for data‑centres.
• Experience working with large‑scale infrastructure or industrial facilities.
• Experience leading technical teams or complex engineering projects.
