East Africa Luxury Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant who will specialise in designing and selling high‑end safari experiences across East Africa. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients, guiding them from the first enquiry through to post‑travel follow‑up, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell bespoke luxury safari itineraries covering Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and surrounding regions.
• Engage directly with affluent clients to capture preferences, motivations and expectations.
• Manage the full client journey from enquiry, booking confirmation to travel completion.
• Coordinate with lodges, camps and local partners to guarantee flawless execution of each itinerary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, new lodge openings, seasonal trends and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all client communications, itineraries and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant with a strong focus on East Africa.
• Deep knowledge of East African safari circuits, lodges, camps and exclusive experiences.
• Demonstrated success in direct‑to‑client luxury travel sales and itinerary design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Passion for travel, wildlife, conservation and delivering world‑class client experiences.
