Early Careers Internship for Young Graduates

About the role

The Vodacom Early Careers programme is a 12‑month fixed‑term internship that gives recent graduates a comprehensive understanding of the business through mentorship, coaching and on‑the‑job training while receiving a full salary and employee benefits. Interns gain exposure to core business areas and the digital technology environment of a leading telecom operator.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme designed to develop digital and telecom competencies.
• Engage with mentors and coaches to build professional networks and explore career paths within Vodacom.
• Complete assigned projects and contribute to team deliverables.

Required profile

• Maximum 2 years of work experience post‑studies and aged 26 years or younger.
• South African citizenship (or eligible citizens from DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Tanzania) with at least a 65 % academic aggregate and a B‑degree (or relevant NQF 6 diploma in engineering or IT).
