E-Commerce Manager (Remote - UK Hours)

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will own the full Shopify ecosystem across US, UK and EU storefronts, reporting directly to the Head of E‑commerce. The role works closely with performance, retention, creative teams and external developers to drive site performance, conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end e‑commerce performance across all Shopify storefronts, ensuring optimal UX, site speed and conversion.
• Define and execute e‑commerce strategy for two product lines, tailoring site experience, landing pages and campaigns per region.
• Lead on‑site popup strategy, including email/SMS capture and exit‑intent flows, optimizing opt‑in rates.
• Conduct regular full‑site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues and tracking gaps.
• Lead delivery of new site builds as internal project lead across designers, developers and stakeholders.
• Drive CRO through structured A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, product pages, checkout flows and popups.
• Oversee implementation and testing of e‑commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking and personalization solutions.
• Own performance reporting on conversion rate, AOV, revenue and funnel metrics, translating insights into actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce.
• Proven hands‑on management of Shopify stores, including multi‑region setups.
• Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation.
• Experience with on‑site popup and capture tools such as Klaviyo forms.
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution and performance reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage cross‑functional teams.
