Dutch Customer Service Position in Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established retail brand in Cape Town. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, retaining existing customers and promoting additional products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers, aiming to retain them and upsell new products or services.
• Communicate the commercial value of offerings and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level, native preferred.
• Familiarity with desktop computing: Windows PCs, Outlook Email, web browsers and the Internet.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, patient and a strong team player.
