DTP Operator / Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a DTP Operator / Graphic Designer to join our retail marketing team. You will translate client briefs into print‑ready artwork for point‑of‑sale displays, signage, packaging and other promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt artwork for print production across various substrates and manufacturing processes.
• Create customer mock‑ups, approval documents and production‑ready files.
• Check and amend supplied artwork to ensure accuracy, dimensions, bleed, colour profiles and production suitability.
• Ensure all artwork complies with client brand guidelines and production specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects accurately and on time.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing artwork before client approval and production release.
• Assist with artwork rollouts, versioning and layout adjustments as required.
• Produce artwork for retail marketing elements such as POS displays, signage, packaging and promotional items.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in DTP, pre‑press, artwork or graphic design.
• Relevant graphic design qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork setup, bleed, colour management and file preparation.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale, retail, signage, packaging or display materials is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Deadline‑driven with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
