Door-to-Door Sales & Lead Generation Agent

About the role

The Door-to-Door Sales & Lead Generation Agent will create new business opportunities by visiting businesses, offices and residential complexes in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. The role is highly field‑based, requiring confidence, professionalism and the ability to present connectivity services to a variety of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily door‑to‑door visits in assigned zones (Randburg, Sandton, Rodepoort, Midrand).
• Introduce MBV IT’s connectivity products and services to potential customers.
• Distribute flyers, brochures and other promotional material.
• Capture accurate prospect information using the company’s CRM or mobile app.
• Obtain consent for follow‑up contact and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Identify high‑potential locations and escalate larger opportunities.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity, customer comments and market conditions.
• Submit end‑of‑day activity reports and maintain a professional company image.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, field marketing or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
