About the role
The Document Processing Consultant joins a data‑first FinTech organisation to ensure customer documents are accurately captured, validated and routed through operational workflows. The role supports back‑office efficiency and helps maintain high standards of quality and turnaround time.
Key responsibilities
- Route electronic documents to the appropriate company workflows.
- Review, process and validate customer documentation according to business requirements.
- Verify that documents are completed, checked and approved within required timeframes.
- Capture customer and document information accurately in relevant systems.
- Maintain up‑to‑date task lists and adhere to agreed timelines.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, record keeping, timesheets and productivity tracking.
- Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.
- Highlight processing delays, variances or system issues to team leaders or managers.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, SOPs and compliance standards.
- Escalate unclear, incomplete or unusual cases appropriately.
- Meet productivity, quality, turnaround time and SLA targets.
- Identify process gaps and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues, team leaders and other departments to obtain additional information when needed.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work within defined service levels and meet deadlines.
- Proactive communication with internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
