Digital Marketing Technology Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Technology Specialist will support the design, implementation and optimisation of our digital marketing, branding and social media initiatives. The role can be based in Sandton or Pretoria and works closely with business units and external partners to ensure a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing digital marketing, client‑service and communication strategies using a range of software tools.
• Monitor digital platforms (websites, webinars, video channels, mobile apps, social media, blogs, podcasts, email) and produce clear statistical and research reports.
• Manage projects related to the development, enhancement and support of digital media platforms.
• Implement analytics, track campaigns and oversee content management activities.
• Research emerging digital‑marketing technologies, identify optimisation opportunities and support external digital suppliers.
• Advise business leaders on how to maximise client relationships through digital channels while aligning with overall digital, communication and IT strategies.
• Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with internal teams and outsourced vendors (creative, technical, content).

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing technology and platform management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities and stakeholder coordination.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital media trends and best practices.
