Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

ITBZ is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end campaign execution across its brand portfolio. You will collaborate with the Marketing Lead and cross‑functional teams to drive growth for subscription, education, and product lines, leveraging AI tools in daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch sales, opt‑in, and funnel pages from concept to live, coordinating with design and development.
• Write and produce campaign copy (emails, ads, landing pages, social) using AI tools while maintaining strong brand judgment.
• Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
• Support live event campaigns (Instagram Lives, workshops, lead‑magnet events) including registration flows, email sequences, and follow‑up.
• Monitor performance across email, paid, and organic channels using ActiveCampaign, GA4, and WooCommerce data.
• Analyze results, provide recommendations on creative, copy, and targeting, and run A/B tests on copy, subject lines, and landing pages.
• Contribute to bi‑weekly marketing performance reviews with structured observations.
• Produce AI‑driven marketing copy and ad variants.
